Richard lives in Gig Harbor and shares his lifetime of experiences through his writing and sculpture. We are happy to host Richard for a reading from his novel Blueprints and a viewing of some of his sculpture.

"To reiterate, this book had me at "Hello" and has become an addition to my sacred collection of "Do not loan out" books. I have to admit the bleak black and white cover and the reviews were daunting in that I really didn't know what to expect from this book. However, I was immediately arrested by the opening paragraph, 'On April 6th, 1952, I was born, a sad day for my mother,father, and me'. From this bleak beginning, the book metamorphoses into a life affirming book of beauty and reverence for life. It has become another "Catcher In the Rye" for me, in that I cannot bear to be without it. I heartily recommend this book to those who believe in our innate connectedness to the earth and to all of God's creatures.
