Nouveau Beaujolais Release Party at Morso

This week the new release of Nouveau Beaujolais happens and we are ready for a party this Thursday.  On the third Thursday of every November, France erupts in massive celebration of this young (only 6 weeks old) wine that comes from a region south of Burgundy.  We too can be skeptical about the quality of many Beaujolais, but we searched hard for the best producers and ordered them early just for this night. We are preparing roasted Cornish Game Hen stuffed with wild rice and mushrooms as our One Bird Wonder, a twist on our weekly One Pot Wonder, $17 which will pair fabulously with the Nouveau Beaujolais.  If you haven't had Nouveau Beaujolais, or just want to try some of the best, or just need a warm up for eating stuffed birds on Thanksgiving, stop in Thursday and share your evening with us.
