Farm to Fork Dinner at Peace of the Earth Farms - Rosedale

Peace of the Earth Farm is a local farm that has supplied us with fresh vegetables for our menu for two summers. They are a small, sustainable, family farm located in Rosedale - that sells items from their gardens though a local CSA and a farm stand in Rosedale.

The farm setting; nestled into the Rosedale valley surrounded by open meadows and spectacular views is the ideal location for this dinner. After a quick tour of the farm, guests will take a short stroll over to the dinner table, situated on top of a small knoll, with views of the gardens, barn and fields. 

The evening's menu will be dictated by the earth, a true tribute to the bounty of the late summer crop. Peace of the Earth's owner/farmer, Hilary Bergren, will meet with Chef/Owner of Thad Lyman before the dinner to let him know what vegetables will be ready for harvest and he will create the evening's menu featuring the freshest vegetables from the farm, paired with local meats and seafood. And while wine won't be the center point of the experience, we will pair each course with a special wine.

Four course dinner $138 per person (includes all food, beverages, tax, & gratuities).

There are limited seats available for this unforgettable evening, all tickets must be purchased in advance, and are non-refundable. Dinner will be held at the farm in Rosedale. Location and additional information will be sent in your confirmation email.
