For those who don't know, Harmon Brewing operates a microbrewery in Downtown Tacoma, as well as a pub and taproom in the Stadium District. The venture into Gig Harbor would mean operating in a spot that's much less visible than any of its three locations.

But the airport location also means operating something that could turn into a destination for customers. Pat Nagle, who lives in Gig Harbor and is one of the Harmon's two owners, told the newspaper he hopes to "create the energy that that location deserves."

The location was the main factor in Reflections' demise earlier this year, so it will be interesting to see how the Harmon fares.
