Closures
- Government offices, including all federal, state, Pierce County and the City of Gig Harbor.
- Schools, including Peninsula School District and Tacoma Community College. Mid-winter break for PSD: Feb. 21-24.
- U.S. Post Office will be closed, but FedEx and UPS will be open.
- Pierce County Library System, including the locations in Gig Harbor and Key Center.
Open
- Garbage and Recycling: Normal pick up schedule. (Office closed.)
- Pierce Transit: Services will operate on a regular weekday schedule. Pierce Transit administrative offices and the Bus Shop locations on Commerce Street and at the Tacoma Dome Station will be closed.
- Gig Harbor Family YMCA: Regular hours. (Women's Health and Well-Being Center at Point Fosdick will be closed.)
- Most stores and restaurants will be open as normal.
- State liquor stores: Most will be open, including Gig Harbor location.
