Our modern diet and lifestyle can pollute our bodies with toxins and stress and often does not provide the nutrients necessary for our bodies to function optimally and heal. Through cleansing, we temporarily remove the foods and other issues which most commonly cause stress on our system and provide the nutrients and environment that are lacking, which allows our bodies to restore health, so we can feel and look our best.

Program Includes:

  • Three classes led by a Bastyr-trained Registered Dietitian

  • Binder filled with educational materials, recipes, and menus.

  • Motivation and support from the group.

Registration: $99.00 for 3-week long class.

Registration required in advance by Thursday, January 10th, 2013.

Call 253-678-7617 or e-mail robin@robinbeeson.com to register.
