Family Acro Yoga with Natalia King

from 4:15 to 5:15pm.
Family Acro Yoga is a playful blend of a partner yoga and acrobatics. This is a wonderful time to bond as a family, to play, and enjoy physical contact. It’s all about heart connection. Family Acro Yoga develops strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, trust, presence, and joy.
Class finishes with 4 minutes of stillness and a warm cup of tea and cookies.
