GHPD Blotter: Man Arrested for Trespassing at Subway

The following arrest information was supplied by the Gig Harbor Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI/Arrest: On Nov. 4, police arrested a 47-year-old woman for DUI near SR 16 Hwy and Wollochet Drive NW.

Vehicle Prowl: Sometime between Nov. 6 and 7, an unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked car in the 5200 block of Baltic Street. The thief took a Tom Tom GPS.

Vehicle Prowl: On Nov. 7, police responded to car prowl at parking lot. The victim told police an unknown suspect(s) took the victim's purse, driver's license, credit cards, $50 in cash, GPS unit and a Gig Harbor Little League blanket.

Police also investigated another car prowl in the same parking lot where an unknown suspect(s) stole a case with throwing darts worth $200 and some CDs. According to police, some YMCA staff said they noticed a suspicious white Santa Fe driving through the parking lot.

Vehicle Prowl: On Nov. 6, an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's car and took the center console tray, two pairs of glasses and other items.

Trespassing/Arrest: On Nov.6, police responded to an unwanted customer at According to authorities, they had dealt with same suspect, 31-year-old male, earlier that night at the same location after getting in an argument with a Subway employee. Police arrested him for trespassing.

In the report, police noted that the man has been trespassed from eight locations in Gig Harbor and has been arrested numerous times for trespassing and resisting arrest. He also has a criminal history in Pierce County, Tacoma, University Place and Puyallup. According to the Subway employee, his co-workers have quit in the past because they were afraid of the man's behavior.

Warrant/Arrest: On Nov. 7, police arrested a 19-year-old man at for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for harassment.

DUI/Arrest: On Nov. 6, police arrested a 51-year-old male driver for DUI in the 6200 block of Soundview Drive.
