Open House and Public Hearing on Retail Building Size in the C-1 Zoning District

The Planning Commission is reviewing a zoning code text amendment to increase the allowable square footage for retail commercial buildings in most of the City’s C-1 zoning districts from 65,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet if a conditional use permit is granted.

A public hearing on the same amendment will follow the open house in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center.

Open house: 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
