Public Input Sought on Future Playground Structures

The public is invited to an open house sponsored by the Gig Harbor Parks Commission on Thursday March 3rd, 5-7pm to give input on the re-development of the playground area at Crescent Creek Park (City Park).  The open house will be held at the Gig Harbor Civic Center, 3510 Grandview Street, Gig Harbor WA.

Playground equipment displays and ideas will be available for viewing and comments.  The public, young and old alike, are encouraged to present additional ideas.  To engage children under the age of 12, an exhibit is being created for kids ideas.  Kids are encouraged to draw their dream playground on 8.5”x11” paper and drop off to the Community Development department before March 1st.  Artwork will be on display at the Civic Center for the open house.
