Big developers could buy 3, or 4 or ?? lots on Harborview Drive. UPTOWN buildings are fine...in UPTOWN. Harborview Drive deserves better.
Big developers...OVERSIZE buildings.
No one knows what it would look like.
Perhaps the only thing keeping OVERSIZE buildings off Harborview is the current zoning for 1 story buildings only.
