 ~In this class the children will learn about nutrition and how to cook foods that include fresh ingredients that are tasty and easy to prepare.  Everyone will have an opportunity to participate in the preparation of each of the menu items listed.  We will focus on measuring, organization and safety in the kitchen. The class is recommended for kids that are 7 and older.
