"Freedom From Tobacco Free Support Group"

Weekly, one hour,  FREE tobacco cessation support group for tobacco users thinking about quitting, those tobacco users trying to stay quit or family or friends of tobacco users.  Based on the successful program at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tacoma since 1992, this free support group model has helped hundreds end the addiction to tobacco. Just show up, all are welcome!
