Peninsula Students Showcase Their Science Skills At South Sound Regional Science Fair

Four of the Gig Harbor school's students entered the March 23rd fair at Pacific Lutheran University.

After participating in the Voyager Science Fair on March 7th, four of our students entered the Pacific Lutheran University South Sound Regional Science Fair on March 23rd. Congratulations to these students for their interest in science and their willingness to take their thinking to the next level.

  • Inara Deprez (kindergarten) - The Purr-fect Cat Toy
  • Finn Deprez (kindergarten) - Yo Ho Yo Ho A Pirates Life For Me
  • Mason Elliott (grade 2) - Gravity with water
  • Jesse Gerth (grade 5) - Quicksand
  • Inara and Finn both placed 3rd with their entries and received Specialty Awards.
