3. All hands on deck! Come help restore the Thunderbird Hull #1 at the Master shipwright Steve Helgeson will show you some of the techniques to fix up the historical ship. Volunteers are needed to remove hardware, strip old varnish and make repairs. The restoration work will take place today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

4. The , 9721 Burnham Dr. NW opens its shooting range for archery today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They are open to members for $2 and non-members for $5. The club offers instructional classes or you can enter weekly competitions if you're up to the challenge.
